This policy explains how Multax (U) Limited ("Multax", "we", "us") handles information in connection with multaxltd.com. This is a static informational website: it does not provide visitor accounts, online checkout or online payment processing.

Website enquiry and newsletter forms prepare a message in your device's email application. The website does not send that form to a Multax database. We receive the information only if you choose to send the email.

If you email or call us, we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, organisation, project details and anything else you include in the communication. A newsletter request normally contains only the email address you enter.

Our hosting, content-delivery, font and media providers may automatically receive limited technical data needed to deliver the site, such as your IP address, browser or device type, requested page, referring page and request time. Multax does not collect card or mobile-money credentials through this website.

We use information to respond to enquiries, assess project requirements, prepare requested proposals, manage business correspondence, send updates you request, maintain site security and meet applicable legal or record-keeping obligations. We do not sell visitor personal information.

The site loads fonts, scripts and media through external providers, including Google-hosted font services and content-delivery services. Those providers process technical requests under their own privacy terms and may operate outside Uganda. Your own email provider processes any message you send from a website form. If you follow a social-media or other external link, the destination site's policy applies.

We may also disclose information to professional advisers, contractors or public authorities where reasonably necessary to operate our business, protect rights or comply with law.

We keep correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, any resulting business relationship, record-keeping or legal requirements. Provider logs are retained according to the relevant provider's practices. We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no internet or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

You can decide not to send a prepared email, unsubscribe from requested updates at any time, and use browser controls described in our Cookie Policy. Subject to applicable law, you may ask about personal information we hold and request correction or deletion. Some information may need to be retained where the law permits or requires it.

We may update this policy when the site or our practices change and will revise the effective date above. This page describes our website practices and is not legal advice.
